About Nathalie
Muse Rebellion and the Muse Decoder grew out of my own heroine's journey of midlife: the difficult years of trying to figure out what was happening to me, certain at times that I was losing my mind, until I understood that my body wasn't failing me, it was telling me something I needed to hear. Once I listened, adjusted my diet, worked through my own shadows, and reconnected more deeply to earth through nutrition and ecosomatic practices, things changed dramatically. That's why I offer the Decoder, the Library, and the Podcast to my fellow muses out there, so they can pass through the doorway of midlife into their most authentic years.
When I'm not doing any of this, I'm usually out in nature, painting, cooking, travelling, or singing.
